Our specialized unit is composed of an expert team that provides comprehensive microbiological control services for food, beverage, cosmetic, health, nutritional, and pharmaceutical supplements and raw materials. We offer qualitative testing for various pathogens, including Campylobacter, Clostridium perfringens, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio cholerae, and parasite eggs. Additionally, we conduct tests in accordance with the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) guidelines. Our quantitative tests focus on spoilage organisms and indicator organisms. This includes the total enumeration of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms, mold and yeast counts, and the enumeration of specific bacteria such as Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, and Listeria monocytogenes. We also perform spore counting and enumeration of various bacteria under different conditions. In our laboratory, we also evaluate the presence of microbial toxins, specifically bacterial endotoxins.
